About The Position

The Client Service Specialist works on the Transportation team and supports the team in delivering exceptional client service. The role includes updating and maintaining client information in the client management system, issuing certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, invoicing, reviewing policies, processing endorsements, and handling other client service needs as they arise. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and use multiple applications.
• Strong organizational and project skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
• Curiosity and motivation to solve problems.
• Responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete critical and sensitive activities in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond quickly to client requests and provide appropriate information.
• Accountability for the quality of work.

Nice To Haves

• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• One to two years of industry-specific experience.
