Insurance Service Specialist
About The Position
The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to insurance agents and members in branch offices. The Insurance Service Specialist assists members by answering questions, taking payments, providing counseling, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies. The role includes maintaining and servicing insurance policies, verifying new business applications, processing insurance and membership payments, updating electronic member information, and maintaining filing systems and typing. Employee-centric training programs help employees acquire job-related skills and support career development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining superior customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a sales environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and service insurance policies.
