About The Position

The Auto Club is seeking a goal-oriented customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to its insurance agents and members in branch offices. The role assists members by answering questions, taking payments, providing counseling, and making changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.

The position includes comprehensive, employee-centric training to help employees gain job-related skills and support their career development. The starting pay range is $21.63–$23.79 per hour. Employees may also participate in an incentive program based on team and individual performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining superior customer service.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a sales environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service insurance policies.
• Verify new business applications.
• Process insurance and membership payments.
• Update electronic member information.
• Maintain filing systems and perform typing.
• Answer members’ questions, provide counseling, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty insurance policies.
