About The Position

You will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing insurance broker partners in the Netherlands in order to sell our Cyber Insurance solution in collaboration with insurance brokers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals. You will provide the basis for successful collaboration and ongoing development of our business relationships with our partners. From drafting contracts to closing deals, you provide professional support to our partners. You will develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness. You will present our solutions at trade fairs and events. You will develop close and cooperative partnerships with your colleagues from Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Experienced in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships.
  • Analytical skills and solid strategic planning ability.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a team player, striving to find solutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Used to working with ambitious targets.
  • Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
