RIZM•Munich, ND
•€55,000 - €75,000•Onsite

About The Position

RIZM is hiring its first dedicated recruiter to help grow a team of around 15 people. The role will establish recruiting from the ground up, shaping the people and practices that influence what the company becomes. The position is based in RIZM’s central Munich office and works closely with Diana, who currently runs recruiting part-time from Münster, and co-founder and CBO Josh, who provides support on candidates, offers, and future hiring needs. The Founding Talent Partner will design recruiting processes, workflows, and tools; source and engage candidates; manage candidate conversations and experience; use AI to automate recruiting tasks; analyze funnel performance; and build RIZM’s employer presence. As the company grows, the role may also bring additional recruiters and sourcers onto the team. RIZM offers uncapped variable pay and equity, ownership of the recruiting function, access to mentoring and investor networks, an annual team workation, an Urban Sports Club membership, and work in the central Munich office alongside the founders and go-to-market team.
