Requirements

• Proven leadership or business owner experience; insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life license, or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
