Remote Insurance Agent — Warm Leads Only
About The Position
This role is commission-only and focuses on working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in life insurance through various channels like form submissions, inbound calls, or quote requests. The primary responsibility is to guide these interested individuals through coverage options with over 60 carrier partnerships, aiming for same-day closes or follow-ups. Agents are expected to treat this role as a serious job with production goals, tracking daily activity and maintaining consistency. The company provides structured onboarding, covering life insurance basics, client conversation techniques, and objection handling, followed by ongoing mentorship and coaching.
Requirements
- U.S. residents only
- Must pass a background check
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed

- Log into queue and work through calls and Zoom sessions with individuals who requested information.
- Help clients navigate coverage options across 60+ carrier partnerships.
