About The Position

Insurance Sales Advisor | $48,000 base | $75,000+ OTE $1000 Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Candidates (General Lines Property & Casualty) Weekday Dallas in-office schedule | Insurance training provide! Warm leads. No cold prospecting. Real sales. Customers come to us when they're actively shopping for home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverage. Your job is to understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them make a confident buying decision. Insurance experience is not required. Strong sales skills are. We'll teach you the insurance business. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by income potential, and enjoy helping customers make important decisions, keep reading.

Requirements

1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Comfortable working toward goals and performance expectations
Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX

Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
