A company built to serve you. It's your career, Shelter it! We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to make a difference in Amory, MS and become our newest Shelter Insurance Agent. This role is for individuals who desire to meet new people, develop new contacts, become known in their community, and are passionate about serving their community. It offers the opportunity to grow sales, business, and networking skills, control one's own income, and start a business with minimal start-up costs. Shelter Insurance does not require previous insurance industry background, but a motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere are essential. While some sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful, the company provides comprehensive training. No capital/assets are required to be considered for an agency, and the company does not sell or loan money to agents. The main focus will be developing prospects and selling Shelter products, with potential opportunities to hire staff for administrative duties and sales support. A strong desire to be a business owner, a passion for helping people, and a desire to work for a company that strives to be a leader in its communities are key. Shelter has a top new-agent program and provides significant support, including unlimited new commissions, bonus and incentive opportunities, professional sales training, subsidies, and technology support.
