Requirements

  • Proven success in face-to-face or phone-based sales
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Confidence in closing and securing next steps in real time
  • Tech-savviness and ability to work efficiently
  • A positive, coachable, and resilient mindset
  • Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to worksites as needed
  • Reliable internet access

Responsibilities

  • Engage credit union members and present insurance solutions
  • Build relationships and generate referrals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (SEG accounts)
  • Assess needs and recommend tailored coverage
  • Close sales and ensure accurate documentation
  • Partner with credit union staff to maximize opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and reporting
  • Consistently hit performance and production goals
