Seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Agents to join a growing team. As an Insurance Agent, will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience in insurance production is a must.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless client support, assisting with service tasks as needed.
- Quote and bind new and renewal business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Attend client meetings and networking events as required.
