About The Position

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Insurance Agent to build a business and help clients prepare for planned and unexpected events with appropriate insurance products. Agents take a consultative approach to developing business with existing and prospective clients. They operate as independent contractors, building their own businesses with support from COUNTRY Financial.

Agents can diversify income across property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines; manage their schedules with flexibility; educate clients about products and services; collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors; and establish an office and build a staff. The opportunity offers uncapped earning potential, performance-based rewards and global trips, continued learning and marketing resources, and affiliation with an established brand. No buy-in is required.

The role is intended for someone motivated by business ownership, client service, and making a positive impact in the community. The ability to obtain the required state insurance licenses is essential when a contract decision is made, though the licenses are not required to apply.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients using a consultative approach.
