Requirements

Background in sales (1+ year preferred)
Self-starter with strong time management skills
Comfortable working independently in a flexible environment
Motivated by goals, growth, and performance-based success
Reliable access to a computer or tablet and internet connection
Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain (training support provided)

Responsibilities

Connect with clients through virtual meetings and in-person appointments
Evaluate client needs and identify areas where support is needed
Present tailored recommendations across a range of services, including: Life and Health Insurance, Medicare and Supplemental Coverage, Retirement Protection Strategies, Debt and Tax Relief Solutions, Employee and Group Benefit Programs
Foster long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up
