About The Position

This role is for an Insurance Agent Trainee at a Farmers Insurance agency. The trainee will receive hands-on training and coaching while developing insurance knowledge, building client relationships, and growing their sales career. Previous sales experience or a demonstrated history of achieving performance goals is required. Requirements

Previous sales experience or proven success working toward measurable goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
Persistent and able to move forward after hearing "no"
Coachable and eager to improve
Organized with strong follow-up skills
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional client needs
Manage leads and sales activity using CRM tools
Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
