Requirements

  • Prior sales experience or a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into lasting policies
  • Consulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial lines)
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships with ongoing support and periodic policy reviews
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets to help propel agency growth
  • Staying current on industry products and maintaining compliance
  • Managing leads, follow-ups, and renewals through CRM systems
  • Taking part in team meetings and collaborating on strategies for long-term success
