Insurance Agent - Commercial Lines
About The Position
FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail-oriented Commercial Line Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer salary, along with commission for every sale closed, along with additional bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate has solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience. Someone who understands how to listen to a clients needs with patience and who can present products and answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently. An individual who is positive, passionate, and productive. Comfortable with technology and utilizing multiple screens and programs.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Motivated, ambitious, and energetic
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Insurance Producer License - Commercial Lines (preferred)
- Solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience.
- Understands how to listen to a clients needs with patience and who can present products and answer questions that meet those needs clearly and efficiently.

- Comfortable with technology and utilizing multiple screens and programs.
Responsibilities
- Trained and reports directly to the Sales Team Lead.
- Sell Commercial Lines via inbound calls (no cold calling, ever!).
- Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow-ups and callbacks.
- Maintain all compliance requirements of sales call and follow recommendations from call audits.
