Insurance Advisor — $800–$1,200 Per Policy, No Experience Required
About The Position
This fully remote Insurance Advisor role helps people who have asked about life insurance understand their situation, compare coverage options from more than 60 carriers, and obtain coverage. Most of the workday is spent on calls and Zoom meetings, alongside reviewing the calendar and following up with prospective clients. The company provides step-by-step onboarding, a mentor for live calls, and weekly coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap; agents average $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents are stated to earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Payment is made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
