Insurance Advisor — $800–$1,200 Per Policy, No Experience Required
About The Position
The Insurance Advisor helps people who have expressed interest in life insurance understand their needs, compare coverage options from more than 60 carriers, and obtain coverage. Most of the workday is spent on calls and Zoom meetings. The role is fully remote and offers step-by-step onboarding, mentoring during live calls, and weekly coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission-based with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy, potential year-one earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents, daily or weekly pay, and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Live in the United States.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
