Insurance Advisor — $800–$1,200 Per Policy, No Experience Required
About The Position
The Insurance Advisor helps people who have already expressed interest in life insurance understand their situation, compare coverage options from more than 60 carriers, and obtain coverage. The role is fully remote and includes calls and Zoom meetings, follow-ups, and calendar management. The company provides step-by-step onboarding, live-call mentoring, and weekly coaching. Compensation is 100% commission with no cap, averaging $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents are stated to earn $75,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year, with payments made daily or weekly and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
