Insurance Advisor — $800–$1,200 Per Policy, No Experience Required
About The Position
The Insurance Advisor helps people who have already expressed interest in life insurance understand their situation, compare coverage options from more than 60 carriers, and get insured. The role is fully remote and includes reviewing a calendar and follow-ups, with most of the day spent on calls and Zoom meetings. The company provides step-by-step onboarding, a mentor for live calls, and weekly coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. Agents average $800–$1,200 per policy; full-time agents are stated to earn $75,000 to $300,000 or more in year one. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Danbury, Connecticut area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one; the company provides guidance.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
