Insurance Advisor — $800–$1,200 Per Policy, No Experience Required
About The Position
Insurance Advisors help people who have already expressed interest in life insurance understand their needs and select coverage. The role involves reviewing calendars and follow-ups, speaking with prospective customers by phone and Zoom, comparing options from more than 60 carriers, and helping customers obtain coverage. The company offers step-by-step onboarding, live-call mentorship, and weekly coaching. The position is fully remote and full time, with 1099 status and 100% uncapped commission. Compensation averages $800–$1,200 per policy; full-time agents are stated to earn $75,000 to $300,000 or more in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
