The Nathan Bowers Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team in Holland. If you enjoy talking with people, working toward goals, and want a career where your performance can directly impact your income and growth, this could be a great fit. Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help you develop your skills and build a successful career.
Requirements
- Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
- Is motivated by goals and earning potential
- Is confident, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no"
- Takes coaching well and wants to improve
- Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and follow-up
- Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection
- Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
