About The Position

As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying client needs and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions, while learning advanced sales tactics and business development skills in a supportive agency environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production required)
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Life & Health License or willingness to obtain post-hire
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct needs-based insurance reviews to recommend suitable coverage
  • Present and sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
  • Foster and maintain lasting client relationships through responsive service
  • Track sales activities, follow up on leads, and manage renewals with CRM software
  • Remain compliant with state and company regulations
