About The Position

Weaver Insulators is seeking an entry-level Insulation Technician for its team in Myerstown, Pennsylvania. The role offers on-the-job training in blown cellulose insulation and fiberglass batts, with opportunities to develop skills in a growing trade. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics and tight spaces.
Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn and take on more responsibility.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with insulation, construction, framing, drywall, or HVAC is preferred but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting and maintaining equipment are a plus.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a 2–4 person crew installing fiberglass batts and blown-in cellulose insulation.
Seal thermal envelopes by applying foam and caulk around windows, doors, and penetrations.
Travel to new job sites almost daily and work in new construction and retrofit settings.
Participate in on-the-job training and develop skills in insulation work.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed.
