We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) instructor who is passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of caregivers. Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
  • At least 1 year experience in long-term care setting
  • Completion of an LNA Train-the-Trainer program, or willingness to complete upon hiring. (Required per NH Board of Nursing)
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and student success

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching, precepting, or staff development experience
  • Familiarity with adult education principles and higher education teaching
  • Supervisory experience and proficiency in using LMS platforms

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Supervise students in a clinical setting and ensure safe, effective patient care practices.
  • Evaluate student performance through skills testing, exams, and observations.
  • Provide feedback, support, and mentorship to help students succeed.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and program guidelines.
