About The Position

Greenville Technical College is seeking an Instructor to support the AT - AET/CET department. The faculty member prepares for, implements, and manages student learning through classroom instruction in traditional, hybrid/blended, and online modalities. The role also includes course and curriculum development, departmental or divisional administrative responsibilities such as committee work, maintaining professional competence through continuous development, completing record-keeping by required deadlines, maintaining scheduled office hours, and following the faculty manual and college policies. Other tasks may be assigned as needed, with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Master's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline, including a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in that discipline.
• Meet SACSCOC minimum requirements.
• Two years of progressively responsible related work and/or teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• MS in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or a related Engineering field.
