About The Position

JETSET Pilates is hiring an Instructor to lead modern, music-driven Pilates classes and create an elevated studio experience. Instructors coach clients with personalized attention, motivate and support them, and help build a welcoming community where clients can grow stronger physically and mentally. JETSET provides instructor training, ongoing development, and potential career growth as the brand expands. The role includes leading 50-minute classes, delivering hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand, and helping maintain a clean, organized, professional studio. Instructors participate in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives, and continually develop their coaching skills. The position requires the ability to teach a consistent number of weekly classes and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. It also involves extended periods of standing and moving, demonstrating Pilates exercises, and lifting or moving equipment up to 30 pounds. Compensation is per class and may include performance incentives. Complimentary or discounted classes, flexible scheduling, ongoing education and development, and career growth opportunities are offered. Compensation, benefits, scheduling expectations, and employment policies may vary by franchise owner.

Requirements

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain it before teaching independently.
Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including five days of on-site training, which may be local or at a Regional Training and Support Center.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that provide a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.
Motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout each class.
Build authentic relationships with clients, foster an inclusive studio environment, and create meaningful connections that strengthen the studio community.
Deliver JETSET-branded hospitality before, during, and after each class.
Represent JETSET Pilates’ values and culture inside and outside the studio.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.
Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.
Apply leadership feedback to improve coaching effectiveness and stay current on programming updates, coaching techniques, and JETSET best practices.
Teach a consistent number of classes per week and attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.
