About The Position

As a Stylist at Ann Taylor, you act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on customers’ needs and lifestyles. You work with the team to achieve business goals, deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role is at the Shops at Merrick Park store in Coral Gables, Florida, and is regular part-time. It requires availability to work 20 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• One year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
