About The Position

As a Stylist at Ann Taylor, you serve as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling guidance to help customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, listen to customers’ needs, and recommend styles suited to their multifaceted lives. You collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, create personalized customer experiences, and help maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role is based at Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida, and is regular part-time. The position requires availability for 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• One year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and engage with customers to understand their lifestyles, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style customers.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
