About The Position

Brock University is seeking to fill an existing vacancy for a Part-time Instructor for MKTG 3P96, Section 1 (LEC), which meets on Wednesdays from 1900-2200. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. The compensation for a half course is $7,887.59 effective September 1, 2026, based on approximately 195 hours. Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture or equivalent are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course. Requirements

• Minimum of PhD in Business specializing in Marketing
• Must be research or professionally active
• Must have previous successful and appropriate teaching experience at the university level

Responsibilities

• Scheduled contact time with students
• Non-classroom time including preparation of lectures
• Student consultation
• Marking and grading
• Course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty
