About The Position

Brock University is seeking an Instructor for SPMA 2P93, a Sport and Social Responsibility course offered in a blended format on Wednesdays from 16:00 to 18:00. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 employee group. The compensation for the role is effective September 1, 2026, with a rate of $7,887.59 per half course (nominally 195 hours) and $15,775.20 per full course (nominally 390 hours). Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture, or equivalent, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course. Requirements

• Prior teaching and/or research experience in Sport and Social Responsibility.
• Relevant work/industry experience.
• Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level in this topic area, including letters of reference and course/performance evaluations.

Nice To Haves

• PhD in Sport Management or related discipline is preferred.
