About The Position

Brock University is seeking an Instructor for the course Women, Work and Leadership (LABR 4P31) for the Fall D2 term. This position involves scheduled contact time with students, preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration. The compensation for a half course is $7,887.59 and for a full course is $15,775.20, effective September 1, 2026. Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture or equivalent are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.

Requirements

  • PhD in LABR or related discipline, or senior doctoral candidates if no qualified applicants
  • Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
  • Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of (discipline)
  • Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations)
