About The Position

This client is seeking an urgent need for two mid-to-senior level E-learning developers with Camtasia and Articulate Rise experience for a Dynamics project, targeting a September launch. The Manager emphasized the importance of portfolio reviews and a mock presentation to assess candidates' independent creation capabilities in person during the interview. The client is launching a Dynamics project and needs to build training, specifically e-learning, for the distribution team in Tennessee. They are looking for two E-learning Developers to sit in Lansing, primarily focusing on e-learning, with potential for ILT work. The project has a short timeframe, with a target launch by September, requiring quick execution. High-level team members will handle storyboarding and scripting, then hand off to the developers for building and review by the business. Microlearnings should be 2-4 minutes, focused on specific tasks, for pre-learning and post-learning reference; CBTs will be used for pre-learning and onboarding. The roles require candidates to work on-site in Lansing for better team collaboration.

Requirements

Skilled with Articulate Storyline/Rise & Camtasia
Exceptional instructional design skills
Experience developing micro learning and CBT
5-7 years’ experience in ID, e-learning design & development
Knowledge of principles of adult learning
Good time management, attention to detail, & communication skills
Portfolio required with resume for interview
Must be able to work on-site in Lansing 3 days/week

Dynamics experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

Develop e-learning content using Camtasia for microlearnings and Articulate Rise for CBTs.
Create microlearnings (2-4 minutes) focused on specific tasks for pre-learning and post-learning reference.
