Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for an Instructional Designer. This position will be fully remote, with remote work considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the business. The Quality Training Department focuses on providing structure and support around the GxP training program to ensure that people have the training, education, and experience to successfully execute their job functions. This department reports through the CAR-T Quality Assurance group in Raritan NJ, part of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicines. The Instructional Designer will create and implement high-quality training programs that enhance the learners' experience and increase their knowledge, understanding, and ability. This role involves collaboration with various departments within Advanced Therapies to continuously improve training content and methods, with a focus on integrating technology to ensure consistency and ease of training.
