About The Position

Fleet Farm is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to develop innovative learning programs for our stores, distribution centers and corporate teams. This role involves designing and developing interactive and engaging training programs that meet the needs of our store operations and Store Support Center. The ideal candidate will utilize a variety of training software tools to create e-learning modules, video tutorials, and in-person workshop materials. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to gathering information and understanding business requirements and training objectives. The goal is to transform business processes and requirements into fun, interactive learning experiences that resonate with our Team Members, ensuring all training materials align with company standards and support a consistent learning culture.
