About the position
We are seeking an Institutional Sales Executive to join our team at FalconX. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring the sales team and driving success within the institutional segment. Your main focus will be on working with large complex clients, establishing strong customer relationships, and consistently raising the bar for success. Additionally, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our institutional client base and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's institutional client base
- Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver excellent client satisfaction
- Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables
Requirements
