About the position
As an Associate/Senior Associate - Finance at FalconX, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the company's accounting and reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting in compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality regulatory reporting, timely capital and liquidity reporting, and managing legal entity regulatory filings. Working closely with trading teams and external consultants, you will contribute to achieving optimal financial outcomes for the organization. Responsibilities
- Day to day Accounting, Book-keeping, Reporting as per the extant GAPP (US, IndAS or IFRS)
- Ensure that the Regulatory reporting to the respective regulators is of high quality
- Computation of liquidity ratios and ensure timely capital and liquidity reporting to senior management as well as to the regulator
- Understanding the reporting requirements of the respective entities and ensure there are no resubmissions
- Timely response to regulator’s queries post understanding the regulations
- Understand the company’s operations and settlement processes, support the trade operations & settlement team by performing daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations & attestation procedures
- Experience of setting up Processes, Policies & Procedures, Control Framework turn of, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of working /operating in an environment with ERP (like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Manage Legal Entities w.r.t. their Regulatory filings
- Work closely with Trading, Trade-Ops Teams & External consultants to ensure best financial outcomes for the organization
- Keep pace with the growth phase of the organization, you will be open to move across.
Requirements
