About The Position

MSS Fire and Security, LLC is hiring an Installer - Fire to install fire alarm systems and access control equipment. The role also supports technicians with system point checks and assists with troubleshooting installations while helping maintain customer satisfaction. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience installing and/or testing, inspecting, and performing minor repairs on a variety of fire alarm systems, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to present oneself professionally.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, follow directions, and read and write.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes and regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.
• Ability to arrive on time, ready to work, and in uniform.
• Ability to abide by basic safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves
