About The Position

The Installed Sales Window Manager supervises all installed window projects and coordinates and schedules labor and material needs with Sales Staff, Store Management, Coordinators, and independent subcontractors working on 84 Lumber projects.

Requirements

• Experience or ability with invoicing and POS systems.
• Experience or ability with inventory systems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to respond to common customer inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and effectively present information one-on-one.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization exists, and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-form instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install trim.
• Train installers.
• Monitor safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance of all equipment.
• Assist with estimating.
• Supervise installed window projects.
• Coordinate and schedule labor and material needs with Sales Staff, Store Management, Coordinators, and independent subcontractors.
