About The Position

Brock Cabinets is looking for an Installation Coordinator to help keep installation projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills, working with both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Office and scheduling experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years office experience
  • 2 years scheduling experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation schedules and appointments
  • Communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams
  • Support project managers and installation crews
  • Track project progress and maintain documentation
  • Help ensure successful and timely installations
  • Troubleshoot scheduling and installation issues as they arise
