About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support customer installation services onsite in Coral Springs, Florida. The role works Monday through Friday, with a schedule of either 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The coordinator supports customers and sales teams by managing installation work orders, scheduling, records, pricing, and customer questions or concerns.

Requirements

Ability to apply expert-level product and installation knowledge.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, including key accounts, and help ensure their satisfaction with Ferguson’s products and services.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
Review and modify work orders to ensure accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability.
Contact customers to schedule pre-site events, deliveries, and installations.
Update the installation calendar with pertinent job conditions.
Track and record installation counts by product type.
Receive and store pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices, and process customer advocacy materials.
Provide formal and final pricing to customers for requested services.
Serve as a point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints.
Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments.
