About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support installation services in an onsite role in Coral Springs, Florida. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with associates working either 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The coordinator manages customer relationships and installation-related work orders, scheduling, records, pricing, and service questions. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Requirements

Ability to apply expert-level product and installation knowledge.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, and help ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability.
Contact customers to schedule pre-site visits, deliveries, and installations.
Update the Installation Calendar with pertinent job conditions.
Track and record the number of installations by product type.
Receive and store pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices, and process customer advocacy.
Provide customers with formal and final pricing for requested services.
Serve as a point of contact for questions, concerns, and complaints.
Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments.
