About The Position

IK Systems is hiring a full-time Low Voltage Installation & Service Technician II to install and service critical security and life safety systems. The role involves working with large-scale, networked low-voltage systems and supporting integrated solutions. The technician collaborates with project teams, troubleshoots and maintains systems, and represents IK Systems on customer sites. National travel of less than 100% is required until further notice.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in low-voltage installation and service.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented approach focused on quality and efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel nationally, less than 100%, until further notice.

Responsibilities

Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and structured cabling.
Support integrated solutions such as life safety, audio-visual, building automation, and endpoint security.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver systems on time and to high standards.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems to meet customer needs.
Represent IK Systems on-site and build strong customer relationships.
