About The Position

Inspection Coordinators must always practice good verbal and written communication skills. Meet customer requirements. Coordinate and schedule a variety of inspections, including but not limited to fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, backflow, emergency lights, and more. Create accounts in building reports. Review & update Inspection prices in FieldHub. Open/Close Inspection Work Orders. Review & upload reports into governing compliance engines. Schedule repairs for deficiencies found during inspections. Respond to technician & customer questions promptly. Ensure all resources are available for scheduled inspections.
