About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking a Temporary InSite Administrator to join our team for an approximately 3-month assignment. This position will primarily provide general administrative support to our onsite operations team, assisting with paperwork, data entry, employee documentation, reporting, filing, and other day-to-day administrative needs. Please note: This is a temporary position expected to last approximately three months. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to onsite operations and management.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Review and organize daily paperwork and other operational documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable/accounts receivable paperwork as needed.
  • Support payroll-related administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Help coordinate employee paperwork, onboarding documentation, physicals, and drug screenings.
  • Maintain employee training records and other information in company databases.
  • Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets for management.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, employees, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties based on business needs.
  • Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
  • Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
