About The Position

USM ReRents, the premier aerial equipment re-rental partner serving over 1,000 rental companies across the U.S. and Canada, is expanding its Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience, an understanding of the construction or equipment-rental industries, and a desire to join a company recognized for its integrity, quality, and strong customer partnerships. The position is based in an in-office setting in Elmhurst, IL, with minimal travel expected.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with aerial lifts, telehandlers, or general rental equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new rental business, and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Build and grow relationships with national, regional, and local equipment-rental companies.
  • Drive monthly rental revenue by maximizing the utilization of the aerial lift fleet (high-reach booms, heavy-capacity telehandlers, and specialty equipment).
  • Educate customers on equipment applications and the USM re-rental process/partnership.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity in Pipedrive CRM.
  • Collaborate daily with Rental Coordinators, Fleet Service professionals, and the Sales team to deliver exceptional service.
