The Inside Salesman identifies customer needs through communication and proper inspection processes, and communicates identified needs and suggestions in a professional manner back to the customer.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
Must maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance and may assist with the administrative duties
May assist with the inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
Obtains monthly sales and GP goal (goal set by store manager)
Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements
Complete training assignments
Answering store phones
Performs other duties as assigned
