Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively with diverse customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Motivated, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twin Falls Subaru’s vehicle lineup, financing options, and promotions.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet individual and dealership sales goals.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
