As a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) organization, we deliver product from our supplier/distributor directly to a retail store, thereby bypassing a retailer’s distribution center.

What We Need:

We are looking for a CDL Route or Non-CDL Delivery Driver to work out of our Swedesboro, NJ Facility. This position is for a Multi Stop Direct to Store Delivery driver to service convenience stores, drug stores and various other locations with ice cream and other frozen products. Position is base pay plus commission, Estimated Salary (Base plus Commission)

You will be provided a daily run sheet after each shift, consisting of the stops to be made the next day, to allow for proper planning and timing. Delivery of product includes stocking, rotating, and placing products to shelf tag where applicable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or B preferred, Non-CDL are welcome to apply.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Route Delivery; Direct Store Delivery preferred
• Meet the standard requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Highway Administration
• You must have a safe driving record and a Clean MVR
• Ability to pass a Physical Capacity Test and Background Check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Utilize necessary safety equipment, required by the company, for your safety and the safety of others.
• Practice proper lifting techniques while repetitively picking up product and stocking shelves. You may be required to lift safely 20-50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Maintain good customer relations on a daily one-to-one basis.
• Work an average of 10 – 12 hours per day, with the potential of overtime.
