The Inside Sales Specialist role serves as a critical partner to the sales organization by managing complex customer accounts, coordinating end-to-end order execution, and providing analytical and operational support that enhances the customer experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order management, customer onboarding, sample fulfillment, forecasting, and reporting. This position also plays an important role in identifying process improvements, supporting commercial initiatives, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.
